The spell is listet in Green Ronins "pocket Grimoir Divine", but i'm not sure if it is called improved bulls strength. Really powerful spell, d8 + 1/2 caster level enhancement bonus IIRC.

The Spell itself is paradox too, you use magic to create an antimagic field "and" you can dismiss it.

Can a cleric destroy a undead creature using the destruction spell? Yes, i know, destruction does not affect objects and thus undead should be immune to it, but i'm not really sure about that. Any other opinions on this topic?

It's in the MM page 142. In the Nightdhades "Aversion to Daylight" describtion it states "... if exposed to natural daylight (not merely a daylight spell).....". So there must be a difference between natural sunlight and a daylight spell (at least for a Nightshade).
