Just started a new campaign and already weird things going 1 a halfling fighter 2 the barbaain is the leader 3 the cleric out hitting the barbaian the barbaian even has a magical weapon.

yes that would be fun but that head is 99% of the body would only be able to take the eyes

slowly smoked goblin with honey base glaze. need to apply glaze several times to soften the meat and add a pleasent flavour. skinning would be perfered to pervent toxic poisioning
