Take sorcerer levels 1-4 first. At sorcerer 4 take Eldritch Adept - Pact of the Tome with EB as one of the cantrips. EB will then count as a sorcerer spell and work with Innate Sorcery. It’s admittedly clunky.

It can be that. It can also be having to do something for someone else. Having to serve others is slavery, even if voluntary.
