Free Keep on the Shadowfell at Wizards.com

More would sting a bit in the eyes of us that have actually payed for those though :)

Free Keep on the Shadowfell at Wizards.com

I also noticed some other small changes. One being that the Goblin Sharpshooters now have Hand Crossbows, giving them 1d6+4 damage instad of the ghastly 1d8+4, those things kicked PC-butt. Glad to see they are a bit nerfed. And if I'm not mistaken, the Goblin Bombadiers and the Gravehounds...

What are the premade characters for KotSF?

    WoW 2004=D&D 1980-ish

I see no positive potential at all in this thread, since both MMO's and TRPG's are viewed so differently in separate cultures and countries that it is totaly moot to discuss them as two solid parts of a comparison. And truly it has been beat to death all over the interweb. Further more, i would...

    D&D 4E 4e Troll Stats?

OK this is TOTALY out of topic. Sorry for this. But a thought just sparked in me as I read this thread. have you ever considered, as a D&D player how incredibly funny Quirrel's outbursts in the first Harry Potter-movie is when he comes in stumbling, yelling "Troll in the Dungeon, Troll in the...

    D&D 1E I just got my hands on the 1ed AD&D books

Oh darnit, I choose the "General" category and thought that would do it. Silly me. Well if a Mod. can go ahead and move it, that would be cool. I do mention my 4th ED campaign and plans to convert EtBP to it, but it's up to the mods. /lasergreger, who apparantly is a noob.

    D&D 1E I just got my hands on the 1ed AD&D books

So, with Gygax passing, and with the, from my part, eagerly anticipated release of 4th edition, my D&D hype is steadly balanced on it's peak. Spending some time on the web, looking through the game's history and such made me finaly take the descision to check with my local dealer (in games)...

    Spell components gone

Bah! Someone had already raised the rituals topic, that's what you get from just skimming through a post, sorry about that. /L

    Spell components gone

How 'bout dem rituals? Do they require components? I'd like if they did, I agree that those components for casting the run o' the mill spells could be a pain in the a--, but for a ritual, I think it could be cool, since well, it's a ritual! Paraphernalia is something associated with the word I'd...

    Warlords at D&D XP?

Well, then it's suddenly a matter of what people think they need to play the game then. Let's say some of the previous classes from the 3.X core books shows up in PHB2, which seems to be the case, then you would need it to play say a Druid? Then suddenly, that's a Core book to you. But as you...

    Warlords at D&D XP?

So a Core book is whatever book all people buy? Nah, I would say that core books are whatever wizards say are core books, after all, it was they who dubbed the PHB, MM and DMG "Core". /L
