Well that's the deal, "as the owner could" I could manifest a melee touch attack or a ranged touch attack. I COULD, it's clear enough for me. I understand it stands for both touch and ranged. But it seems that i have to wait till 15 lvl anyway

Well, as many of you might know, im playing a 7th lvl psion tomorrow and i can't find any psionic useful item. Dorjes, Power Stones, and all that stuff, just vanishes before u use it. Sucks.. Any sugestions ?
