Thanks for the explanation morepurplemorebetter! I thought that when choosing the spells at the bottom of the Input tab where it says "Spells to add to class list, racial bonuses, class bonuses, etc:" would choose the spells to be shown in the spellbook, kind of like the Cantrips Known section...
