Yo, dawg. Just moved to Barstow from Anaheim, CA. Left everyone I know behind and the FLGS. So now I'm looking for a group to chill with and just play some games.

Got into rpg's when I was in junior high. Visited a Borders bookstore and found some books from Dungeons and Dragons, LotR, Dark Heresy, so I decided to give it a try. Raised some cash and bought the 3.5 core book set. Was cool and all reading through the chapters but I didn't know anyone that shared an interest. So I kept them in my closet until my sophomore year in High School when I started playing games over IRC. Were some good times, but no one was big on role playing, just hack-and-slash.

Since I moved to Barstow I was without internet for maybe 5 months, so I lost contact with my old gaming group. When I finally got a connection set up the group was gone. Hoping to find another group on here, slay some kobolds, all that good stuff.

I've played Dungeons and Dragons 3.5 edition and have some experience with 4th edition. I also have the core book for Dark Heresy and willing to give that a try. Also have a couple of books for Star Wars SAGA, but I've never played it. And I have the MouseGaurd RPG book, but haven't played that either.

(Just a heads up, I'm using a satellite connection so everything I do usually lags by 1.5-2 seconds. Might not be a problem since sometimes it's not even noticeable, but still might affect a thing or two.)
