Old gamer who doesn't feel so old around here. Started with Blue Box D&D when it was new and cool and my best friend said "Well, your dad gave this to me for my birthday; I guess we should try it." That was it for me. Nearly 50 years later I'm still in love with the hobby. The mechanics change. The love does not.

Currently running 5e. Not my fave, but I'd rather play than struggle to find consensus among the folk seeking games. And mechanics aren't so important as building a cool story together.
