when using a rogue who throws weapons does an opportunest special abilty allow you to throw a weapon or does it have to be a malee attack

Anticipate Teleportation from SC. what i need to know is will the effect of this spell work on the target of the spell if he teleports into the area of effect? or will the effect not work because the effect follows the caster and is not thier till he is thier? lol sorry bout that question...

after reading telling blow and crippling strike im not sure that i can use crippling strike or ambush feats with it? mainly want to know if i get to do -2str from crippling strike the -2str from impeding attack and -1d6+2str from an enfeebling weapon on a crit? thoughts on this please?
