The Paladin's Level 2 Utility Sacred Circle has the Implement keyword, even though an Implement won't effect the power in anyway. Is this just a typo? Or is there a reason behind this? Sorry if this question has been asked before.

I didn't come up with it, just played in games where the rule was assumed. Most people in my group played with the rule long enough, the forgot it was a house rule. So, I was curious if anyone else had heard the rule.

The group that I currently play with have been using a house rule for a while, that I was unaware was a house rule till recently. Has anyone ever heard of the house rule, that you provoke an AoO when entering or leaving a threatened square? I've seen second edition and third edition games use...

Thanks everyone for your help so far. My only problem now, is that since the other people have been house ruling AoO since 2nd if not earilier, how do I convince them that it is a bad idea to include the house rule in 4th edition?

So, I have conformed that this rule did not exist in 3.x. I still don't know if it exists in 2nd or earlier. But what I'd like to know is how much would it effect 4ed DnD. (AoO on entering) Manyly the powers of the Rogue, Paladin, Fighter, Warlock. Thank you.

I think it needs to be changed, but with the fighter's it isn't as easy. Do you give + Wis Mod, + Con Mod, or something else. Edit: Maybe STR+2 vs AC, roll attack twice, use better result.
