In the spell description of Weird, it says "Any number of creatures. No two of which can be more than 30 feet apart". Does that mean u can wipe out an entire standing army with weird? Or is it a bad typo and they meant any creatures within 30 feet?

wow 2nd edition I haven't played a game of 2n edition in AGES. Haven't touched since 3rd edition came out. I might be interested, but i remember almost nothing about 2n edition rules
