I've been roleplaying in one system or another since 1989... I have played *deep breath* D&D 2nd Edition, 3rd and 3.5, and 5th, Vampire: The Masquerade, Fighting Fantasy and Advanced Fighting Fantasy, Call of Cthulhu, GURPS, Traveller, Marvel Superheroes, and Stars Wars: Edge of Empire. Most played systems were AD&D 2nd Ed and Vampire: The Masquerade. These days, due to my gaming friends living in different parts of the world, we mostly play online - usually play-by-email, and occasionally via Skype or Google Hangouts, if we can make the time zones work.

But it's not enough. Recently I've realised that I really miss the feeling of intense roleplaying drama (and comedy!) that can only come from a tabletop experience. Recent shows like Tabletop, Shadows of Valkana and especially the excellent Critical Role have made me miss the roleplaying and storytelling aspect of games - and the camaraderie - which is much harder to do online. So I'm looking to find a mature group of roleplayers - not necessarily old! just a group that appreciates roleplaying rather than ransacking goblin towns - to join up with so we can all have some fun and maybe make lasting friendships - in game or otherwise.

I am based in Streatham, South London so I would be looking for a group either nearby (Streatham, Brixton, Clapham etc) or in Central London, who would be wanting to play semi-reguarly - weekly maybe? weeknights or on the weekend - and I would prefer to play something like D&D 5th edition, or maybe one of the Fantasy Flight Star Wars games - but really, if I find the right people? The system is negotiable!
