Just have each character give themselves one extra feat (the house button at the bottom of the feats page). And give themselves expertise. If they have 2 weapons do this twice, once for each weapon. Mike.

You can attack 2 target yes. I like it because if you hit with either one you get your hunter's mark damage. (You do not get it twice if you hit with both though). You can increase it with magic weapons, Weapon Focus, Two weapon fighting, Bastard Sword/Great bow proficiency, etc. Remember...
