I've always found cards to be just too cumbersome. I'm really considering the spinners on KS (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/pdgames/dungeon-wheels-critical-hits-and-fumbles). The company seems to have a good sense of humor, too (the video alone is almost worth my pledge).

I don't know. I guess I'm looking for something a little more complex than Cernor's idea; but not as complex as Psikerlord's; and less electronic than Bupp's. I love using computers and such to plan my games, but I've found that allowing them at the table encourages players to have their phones...
