Improved Grab

So, if I can attack the grappled opponent with other natural weapons (let's assume I am a creature with 4 tentacles), shouldn't I be able to use again Improved Grab on him?

I am confused about Improved Grab. This is the relevant text: I don't understand what that "other" means. If I choose to take the -20 penalty, can I attack ONLY other opponents or EVEN other opponents?
