    Alchemy Sneak Attack Balanced?

    If you're giving it to monsters just make sure to note that extra ability when you are balancing encounters. If you are allowing PCs to have this ability.. Well, personally, if a PC want to burn gold to do a fairly underwhelming attack, I say sure.

    HELP! Avenger issue

    You could use minions to flank and then aid another to a larger monster. Thats +4 to hit, also since the minion doesn't attack it wont activate the avenger int bonus to damage.

    Are you tired of conditions?

    I think the issue is that it seems, to me, the same person is "taking one for the team" every battle. Besides, if the defender switches out for a new class, then another character (usually a melee build in my experience) will be the focus of the continuous, frustrating, conditions.
