I believe that hack n' slash has its' place but much prefer a living, breathing world with believable NPC's, character story arcs and tough decisions. I write creative fiction and have only ever submitted my work once in my life; though Ed Greenwood did reply back to my submission as he was one of the editor's, and recommended I shop it around.
