Wizards themselves mentioned in February or March that work was underway to reprint the 2024 PHB (as errata was being incorporated). I would assume that the 2nd printing is now out on the street. That said, I don't have direct evidence for that. Cheers :)

I do not have the 2024 DMG easily available to me, but as I recall from my read through, spells granted by artifacts are simply normal spells. They just come from a different source. So (again, going off memory) I would likely rule they do not function inside an anti-magic field. Cheers :)
