Please re-read the second sentence of my post. I do not deny that there are deities in both Greyhawk and Forgotten Realms that track directly to a class. But your point appeared to be that the two worlds were built (in so far as deities are concerned) to have one to one links between classes...

I have had a damaged book in the past and there was no charge by WotC and the way they packaged it, no import duty, customs brokerage charge, etc. All of that was handled by the labeling from WotC. That said, that was all before the recent trade "unfriendliness" between the two nations. Cheers :)
