I'm looking for feat help for a TWF human fighter leveled in the mid teens I'm looking to pick up the standard fighter only feats (WF, impWF, WS, ImpWS, ImpCrit) and hopefully weild to bastard swords effectively. the main trouble is im not sure of is, I know will be able to smash at anything...

aside from infict spells and ghoul touch, i can't find any touch spells that have a save (by 3.5 anyway), or anywhere where it says the DC's are minimum required to cast it. i think casting lightning bolt as you stike someone would look cool, 'i strike with the power of the heavens themselves' :]

if during combat (initive has alreaady been rolled) an invisible rogue attacks a target (say a fighter) with a full attack and so becomes visible, does that make the fighter flatfooted against all of the rogues attacks or just the first one, i'm not sure what the rule is on this i can't seem...
