I just want to let you know that I have stood where you are standing now. I understand the pain and frustration that comes along with a career in fitness. I have raced out the door at 4am only to return at 7pm.

I have lost meaningful relationships because I was so busy with work that I didnt even see them disintegrating. You give, give, give all day long and have NOTHING left in the evenings to share with your spouse or partner.
