How Complex Do You Prefer Your TTRPG Systems In General

I like less complexity as I get older. I have now moved to an FKR style where characters are made freeform using Cliche's or Tags and all rolls are resolved using a simple dice mechanic which can be changed up depending on style or genre. I have found it freeing for players to design any...

    VTT Mapping

I have used Dungeon Draw in Foundry to draw maps on the fly, it works very well when the players end up going somewhere you aren't expecting.

What do you use to stream on your TV?

FibreOptic box from VirginMedia, phone streaming channels, apps and even domestic channels all come through my streaming box. TV in the UK used to be a mix of TV aerial and satellite dish. Lord of the Rings Roleplaying 5E

I have run about 70 sessions of LOTR 5e by FL, having run about 80 sessions of Adventures in Middle Earth. The improvements made in latest version have made it out favourite version of 5e.

I prefer forums to Discord (which is fine for software support etc) but is dire for long form discussion. There are so few forums still around I tend to bounce between them and Reddit for non D&D talk.

Back in 1982 I had a couple of females playing in my D&D game, but they never stayed in the hobby. We were all in the last year of school before either getting jobs or going into higher education.

Jeremy Crawford Also Leaving D&D Team Later This Month

Nobody goes into job expecting deal with upset and nasty verbals. Sadly, in the age of social media people are happy to attack and bad mouth individuals. D&D General Read aloud text in modules: What are folks opinions about read aloud content?

I prefer when modules give you bullet points of the salient facts so you can give it in your own words to the players.
