I'm a reasonably knowledgeable D&D player who has played D&D since the late 70's. I also have played WoW and currently love playing LOTRO online.
I've been playing 4e for a number of years but never really been able to get a game to last long enough until epic. I've also played both 3.0 and 3.5 to epic levels but found the power level just got a bit out of hand. For that reason I'm a pretty big fan of 4e, I love the sense of gaming balance and tactical fun it brings.
