So just curious, anyone try and pick up any LA material yet? Questions? Complaints? Praises?

When I hit this mindset it was like a switch flipping and a light came on in my head, and now I'm addicted to that light. I dare anyone to try and go near my switch and try and turn it back off. :p

Epic in combat perhaps, but there's more to an RPG than combat ;)

Although I have to agree with you on the O/AD&D, comment, for most, and even myself at times it is fun to "raise" a character from a baby to almost immortalhood. But I'm a anxious to trade all that off to be able to ignore game mechanics (well not really ignore but put them on the back burner...

Hmm, i never found this overly complicated, and I agree it adds a flavor to the game. Not trying to argue here, but I found things like this enjoyable, and helped make making Avatars a little more fun as what you chose effected this, or that effected this in some way. All and all I found it...
