    Aquatic Magics and Invocations

Stormwrack has a similar spell, at the same level, that does damage in a radius, instantaneously, called Pressure Sphere.

Since the SRD states that "...otherwise the spell works as described", it would go off at whatever point the caster specified, up to the maximum range, just as if the spell were cast out of water. A fireball successfully cast underwater acts just as a normal fireball, except that it 1) creates...

It works just fine, if you make your Spellcraft check.

    D&D 3E/3.5 [3.5] Alter self/polymorph/wild shape confusion: which items meld? Which don't?

Some are; the clarifications for instance referring to the 2nd printing. The PHB 3.5 errata matches the latest errata I have saved; it's text matches the updates to the polymorph subschool in the PHB II.

I hope this helps: http://wizards.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1406/~/d%26d%3A-3.5-and-3.0-errata-and-faq (You're probably not going to like the answer though)

    dragonskull shield?

The Spawn of Tiamat were included in the Monster Manual IV. The bluespawn godslayer's 'dragonskull shield' is cosmetic; they have a shield that is made out of the skull of a dragon. There isn't anything in the writeup that states their shields have any special properties, it's just a heavy...

    Giant Ravens

I didn't see anything in the DMG section on flying that specifies an encumbrance limit on all flying creatures. The Rules Compendium has this to say:

Rebuke & Loss of Class Abilities

Since only spells that are marked as dismissible are able to be canceled by the caster, then all ongoing spells would remain for their duration after the wizard's death, barring spells requiring concentration.

    Drow Ranger help...

While that article appears to be more what you were looking for, there's also the Spider Companion feat from the Drow of the Underdark book, but only allows a spider as a companion, as well as requiring another feat as a prereq. (Vermin Trainer, in the same book)

Druid spells without vocal or material components

Just curious, but is it only his fingers they left free but they bound his hands? I know my table would get quite upset if the guy we had successfully captured and bound was able to cast spells because 'we forgot to bind his fingers'. I could also see it easily leading to the slippery slope of...

Weapons that scale to the wielder?

You may be thinking about the rule regarding clothing or jewelry... Also note the exception for armor and weapons, since they do not normally resize. The DMG has further text, to clarify that the rule is there so as not to penalize people wanting to play characters of a certain weight/body...

    Even MOAR Fire!

From the DMG II, the Flaming Surge property will do +2d6 fire damage x/day (where x = Con bonus). From the MIC, the Energy Surge property will do +3d6 energy damage x+1/day.

Expected Enhancement Bonus by Level (Weapons & Armor)

Grogg has it correctly; Table 6-3 on pg 226 gives a list of level and price range for an appropriate item.
