a) Everything that adds to an attack will add to the CMB, like a Masterwork weapon if you use it to disarm someone with it... so yes. b) They all say yes but we have since 3.0 we changed it so you get a +10 bonus on the roll. c) Same thing here just a -10 penalty :) Works real good, not sure...
