Hmmm...the biggest can of worms I can think of is: Is the ethereal plane less than 100' away for the purposes of a magic jar? As a DM I'd probably rule that the magical effect of a magic jar cannot cross from the ethereal to the material (or inner or anywhere else) while others may disagree...
