It's ok. The other games which I had scheduled on Friday also had their schedules changed in major ways. I'll be happy with whatever, even if you just cancel the game outright.
Rex (1) or Elysia (2)
If at all possible, could we push the game back to start at 3 (or 4 would be even better). I'm looking at a four hour trip down, plus check-in and setting up a table. If not, would it be horrible inconvenient for me to show up just a bit late to festivities?

I could play the story account up two ways (and I might just use both). One account simply talks about the location of an ancient battlefield which comes to life when the appropriate plane comes into conjunction (which kinda implies that there's something tangible for people to notice). The...
I like it! I was having trouble figuring out how to make the battle randomly fade in and out around the PCs. Giving them some measure of control over when and where they appear during the battle is much more proactive and just feels better overall.
Rather than using a straightforward map, I...
Setting: Khorvaire. More specifically, a set of Dhakaani ruins and the site of an ancient battle. Current thoughts are to locate them in the Talentia Plains, but I could set it pretty much anywhere that would make sense.
Basically, the PCs are sent off to try and reclaim something or other...
I love picking things up for the nature of their ability to inspire ideas. If something was suitably engaging and filled with ideas to mine, I don't see why I wouldn't (barring money, of course).
