    That apparently was the problem. I do have Avast and though I had no trouble with previous versions, disabling Avast temporarily did the trick. EDIT 1 But when I scanned the file after downloading and re-enabling Avast, I received this threat warning. Severity High; Threat: JS.Pdfka-gen...
