Shouldn't he be using the Paladin spell list??? You could always use an empowered quickened bull's strength and get a different magic item. Or just keep using the higher level slots for the lower spells.

Sorry FEADIN but with respect to RAW you are wrong IMO the metamagic feats do not change the spell level which is prerequisite for the Automatic Quicken.. The part that I find tricky is: Will the empowered fireball be cast using a third or fifth level slot, I think with respect to RAW...

I agree with Markn with all of this, of course ther is possible abuse but if there need to be in order to make it out of the fight alive than dont forget the amount of ressources it takes to do all of this. Like he said it's a 9th level spell not to many characters have a whole bunch of those...

You can't make a 5' step and a move action in the same round. The 5' step is allow with a full attack or another full-round action. EDIT: I see you are using spring attack which allows you to move before and after an attack, although I'm not sure I understand what you are asking. If you want...

I would assume that you can make the scrolls using the enhancement feats as long as the cost were to be increased proportionally witht the new spell level .. With the exception of course of quicken spell because using a scoll is a standard ability. i.e. casting a maximized magic missile...

As I understand it, if he moves 5' only and the area is open there is no reason why he cannot move to that square without Causing an AOO. He can then subsequently make a full attack action.

As per the title, if I have a multi-class charachter and I want to pick up a prestige class will that class cause an XP penalty if the class levels are off?? Example: Human Swashbuckler 4, Figther 2, Duelist 5 Thanks

Wouldn't that character incur 2 20% penalties for each of the classes at level 1??? Anyway I aslo have a question, as PrCs are mentioned do they or do they not count towards Xp penalties??

By the way, aren't you supposed to have a free hand to use weapon finesse? Therefore your Rgr/Rog can't dual wield the daggers. Hope that doesn't tick him off too much.

OK so I'm going to use a Tendridulos against my PCs. What I want to know is can it bite someone that is 15' away (cause that's its reach) or does it have to be adjacent?? For that matter is a bite attack used at the creature's reach or not?

The Strength bonus gained by a Rage is unnamed, true or false? If true, then it stacks with bull's strength(enhancement bonus), correct? If false, then what type of bonus is it? (it's not mentionned in the class description) Thanks
