Just did my first complete run through the Wheel of Time books. Now I'm taking a little breather going through some horror novels (The Troop, Final Girl Support Group, The Others, Cthulhu Reloaded, The Only Good Indians) before trying to tackle the complete Gaunt's Ghosts series.

Battlelords is just a fun book to read. The Savage North really made me want to run a game in the Forgotten Realms.

I don't know if the system is bad or really bad, but the writing style of SenZar ("Wow! Gee whizz! Isnt this the greatest thing ever?!") is so annoying that I would never run it.

I'm curious to see what new ground they are gonna tread, but it does seem like they are heading into TSR's "too many settings" territory.
