I'm a chronic lurker, but I've been greatly enjoying your story. I definitely was not expecting Jade to come back as a giant cro codile. Given Ashlynn came back as a troglodyte, it almost makes me wonder if there's a higher than normal risk of reptilian reincarnation in ravenloft... :)

Followup: reflecting upon my faux pas here compared to my local group's chatter... do folks have any techniques for improving immersion / cutting down on "stats talk" at the gaming table? Does Sagiro's table have a "tip jar" or something?

In Sagiro's Story Hour, one type of creature that the PCs encountered were Null Shadows, excellently scary critters and fun for GMs to spring on players used to monsters that bleed when you hit them with shiny swords and spells. For those folks who manage to tear themselves away from said story...
