DM's Percentage I tend to use modules and accessories (like Hollowfaust or Streets of Silver) and then customize them to match my campaign, as well as make up large pieces from scratch. So it is about a 50/50 mix in my estimation.

Curiously, I just implemented a new "hobby skill" system in my own campaign. At each level, a character gets a number of bonus skill points equal to his intelligence modifier. These bonus points can only be used to purchase ranks in knowledge skills, languages, and/or a single profession...

Yes, please keep it! Yes, please, I would like to see it stay. I use your site as the focal point of all my d20 news. I only go to the publisher sites when your forums and news specifically point out something of interest. I just don't have time to browse all the individual sites.
