    MM2: Fey-Touched Template

    I'm losing my mind. I swore I actually saw this in publication somewhere, or I'm going insane. I wanted to incoorporate a fey-touched creature in my campain and ended up jimmy-rigging one from a halfing and a grig. The player was satisfied with the balance, but I still trust the 'professionals'...
