What type of action is it to reload a bow and what feats would be good for a lv 3 ranger? Also what feats are good for a lv3 Druid?

Just not from forbidden schools, also he is only level 5, also cleric spells that are lv 1 or lower, can be used.

So one of my guys is a Focus Specialist Illusion Wizard. He can not cast from the schools of Abjuration, Evocation, and Necromancy. Do you guys know of any spells that are good for stopping creatures. Like Fenrot? Ones that make other than Will saves as well.

So I have another question, so are there any abilities that can improve his cleave? I know there is great cleave but anything else?

I have a question, I'm a new DM to my group and a player asked if they could use Spring Attack to do an attack action like move 15 ft and then hit something and if they dropped the creature to 0 hp finish the move and use cleave to attack another creature. I don't see why not, but if I'm wrong...
