Not really interested in a book of Yugoloths but I can see it getting a lot of attention from other RPGers.

I play DnD b/c it gives me a creative outlet, and it's a fun, fantasy-based adventure game. I like the fact that for a few ours every week I'm not in front of a TV or computer. It gives me time to enjoy with friends that has nothing to do with technology. It all boils down to fun.

1) Keith Baker pronounces Cyre as follows, 'seerie' like the word eerie with the 's' sound on the front. However, it was quickly noted that each nation prounces the other nations' names differently. Therefore, a Kaarn and Brelish peasant would both use different accent to pronounce the names...

I don't know the CR, but I played against a DM who ran an adventure using vampiric half-dragon unicorns. They were very challenging.

I think Age of Worms is pretty deadly, and while I think that Savage Tide will be deadly, you could easily tone it down...and/or just run the first few adventures and more on from there. No need to go all the way to Demo. What kid doesn't love fighting pirates?

I played only a little bit of 1E when I was a small kid, really grew up on 2E, and got back into D&D with 3E. I have to say that I like 3E the best, and the new game system is what has really kept me playing D&D...again. I won't support any old school products like 1E and 2E, but that's not to...
