I have been role playing and war gaming since 1986. I think of myself as a modern gamer, which to me means when I GM I like to share narrative control with the players and I see them as an important part of building the fiction. I prefer to say yes to players than no. I would rather step out of the game and talk through an issue, rather than role playing out something that is dissatisfying.
