After the first adventure, I had Delft start assigning the briefings to various PCs, with a thought toward seeing who was best at taking his place. It's also a good way to find who is best suited to be King of Risur in the future!

In my game, we got a new player around he end of adventure 2 and she submitted an Eladrin Sorcerer with an amnesia backstory. A week or two later, Diaspora was released and I had the inspiration to make her secretly Kasvarina (after also checking here to make sure I wouldn’t break anything!)...

"You have no torches. You'll go blind." sounds like a reference to the There Was No Light But Fire effect in the room with the Miller's pyre trap, which extinguishes all non-fire light sources for the party for 24 hours.

I guess we were ahead of the curve lol Two years of catch-up follow: I set up a device whereby the D&D group could spectate on the new Pathfinder group through a puzzle box that "shows you what you need to know," to give me time to learn the system before trying to convert their D&D characters...
