Why don't you charge your player about 5000 to 10000 gp and give the HHH the Nesting ability that allows one extra dimensional space into another safely.

Have the annoying scout take the sharpshooter feat, the next time he takes a feat this would negate any bonus the target gets for cover or have the scout by the seeking enchanment for his missle weapon. Or just smack him after the battle with your trusty dwarven war axe he should get the point...

I heard a lot of complaining on this thread about TWF vs Greatsword. A greatsword or orther twohanded Slashing/impact weapon is alwys going to do greater damage than any Rapier short short weapon combination. I hate to get into reality here but I don;t think many of you take reality into...
