Paladin's oaths and Lawful Good. Always so much fun.
I don't think there is a single other class that consistently shows the desire to set out and do the right thing. And then immediately smashes that desire up against reality.
Questions like this never seem to go away. I am quite...
That is a fair point, and is the reason for this thread in the first place.
I fear that the intensity of the accusation against potential offenders is having an undesired effect.
I myself love to write as well, and there is a lot of work that you have to do and balance. Adding onto that the...
People looking at your article 5 years from now doesn't help them grow their channel today.
I totally want those in-depth reviews. It is hard to figure out what module is actually good. How was Saltwater Marsh? Who knows? Reading the module seems like the only thing anyone has time for.
I can see what you mean by that. But like you said its a point of substantive negative feedback.
Like you mention sometimes those voices are ignored, but the opposite can also be true. And a few voices can be amplified (especially with the internet o_O).

I know this is a bit of a hot thread but I thought I would offer a different perspective on it.
I once heard someone say that historically cultural appropriation is the first step toward peace between two different groups.
They were saying that when two different groups met they would almost...

In combat success or failure is determined by rules and the roll of the dice. i.e. hit or miss, save or not. The success or failure is clearly defined and combat moves forward.
This seems really a common problem when you look back at something that blew up to become big today. It was slapdash ideas and something came out of it.
No one was keeping track of this stuff and then years pass and memory gets fuzzy. Interesting read.
