I'm so glad to hear this! I'm just finishing up the starter set with a group of people, so I've not yet started reading into it. But I'm glad the early reviews are positive so far!

Charisma is going to play a pretty critical role in this edition, look how many casters use it! Way more than I was expecting.

Oh this is a good idea, I'm going to try and incorporate some events like this into my current campaign!

I'm running with a group of 5 and another group of 3 and I'm finding that I need to buff some monsters to help the tension on same encounters =P

Well I guess the Medicine skill could have some usefulness in some RP situations, possibly if you have proficiency you could leverage doing some cool things with it?

The pages for mine were nice and flat. They've started to be a little wavy after reading it a bunch, but nothing too major.

Keep in mind one of the big draws to having scrolls is so that you can copy it down into your book as a Wizard. Not using a spell slot (or needing one) and basically saving a spell for later are just side attractions.

It's really hard to tell at this point. Between the lack of experience we have with 5e and not knowing how the Martials abilities will stack up to Casters. Just remember that there is the slot system that jails a lot of the spells later, so that may help even the playing field.

All hail the Flumph! I never even knew this was a thing, are they always so weak though? I expected them to be a solo monster.
