Well, even after the trial against the Fire Giant, my character died in battle today versus a "rampaging herd" of Minotaurs....fml

Lol @ ninja Thanks for all the help guys. Luckily for me the DM is the one whom told me it's Bane vs. all humanoids (it's supposed to be a blade of some significance in the area where our campaign is set), and I'm not one to argue that.
