    Goodness! I had no idea that EN World drew such a horde of spambots. Still, I understand why such defenses are up, and I wholeheartedly agree with having them implemented.

    This is true. I'm just theorising, but it seems that smaller publishers are more open to communicating with their fans. Guys like The Design Mechanism, Moon Design Publications, Mongoose, and Far Future Entertainment, for example.
