Gary made the game along with Dave Arneson and formed the firmament on which we all stand. He had strong opinions on elements of the game that people aren’t going to like. That shouldn’t be concealed or suppressed.

The only issue with this for medieval fantasy games is that modern infrastructure doesn’t mimic a medieval fantasy setting. Roads would be the most glaring example of this. Medieval roads were really small and crappy. For a modern or scifi game it’s more on point.

There is an error in this article. The Starship Warden is for the StarSiege RPG. NOT Metamorphis Alpha as stated. The StarSiege RPG uses the Siege Engine as does Castles & Crusades.
