My last online campaign dwindled a bit, so I'm off seeking another group ... I'd prefer D&D 3.5, or 4th ed ... not sure about Pathfinder .. :uhoh: I'm an experienced D&D player, having played every version as they came out ... I'm used to using Skype and GameTable in our previous games ... but...

Level 1-4: I just want to get to about level 5 as quickly as possible .. Level 5-10: I want to stay in this range ... FOREVER .. seriously ... I actually cringe at the thought of levelling up in these levels, and I mourn when I reach level 11 ... :eek: Level 11+: Not thrilled ... usually...

Favourites: 1) Wilder (but I dislike the actual mechanics .. *sigh*) 2) Scout 3) Psion 4) Wizard Most powerful: 1) Druid (covers all bases .. ) 2) Cleric (domains, divine metamagic, full caster, armor, etc ..) 3) Wizard (I though it worth listing, because "freakin obvious" that it's #1 ...

Just bumping this thread, can't see the point in starting a new one .. same request: Our group (see original post) is looking for 2 more players for our group, we're playing in an on-going campaign, about level 4 or so, but this one's just a "placeholder", and when we get a proper group going...

Generally ranges like this are "up to" the range .. and generally, yes, you can "touch" yourself ...

Remember when you cast spells, you can voluntarily cast them at a lower caster level .. (ie 10th level caster, casts Mage Armor as a 5th level caster ...) no feats required, nothing special ... just declare it ... viola ... now Mage Armor becomes the "first one" .. If they are tied, I believe...

You want variety? Don't stop at 100 ... go for 1000 ... roll 3d10 ... (first digit, 2nd digit, 3rd digit ..) ... of course generating the table of 1000 effects would take some time ... a suppose if everyone contributed 10 effects (5 good, 5 bad) ... you'd have the 1000 after 100 people...

Watch when the damage is added as well .. I recall seeing 1 item (the seven viels Set items?) that add 1d6 fire damage when the target is damaged by a fire spell .... Well, the 1d6 damage is "triggered" by actually damaging an opponent ... which means, the spell was already cast .. and...
