That what stands out to me the most is when art from a later gen of dnd is of a being much older leaves a near irreplaceable image in my head. Another example of media that has a similar effect is the MCU

I can respect that. I will give props to 4e on the demogorgan art since i cant read the name without picturing the two headed mandril they made for it.

I think I disagree. Maybe on a race basis or with giants but I feel that 5e (2nd place to 3.5 on art) has some of the most realistic styled art.

I just really dislike 4e. I felt the system was to different it didnt feel like actual DND. I also really didnt care for the art of their manuals either. It was almost too cartoony in a way.

Well the DM is allowing me a homebrew class of aristocrat but everyone in the 12 man party ranges from level 1-3. I like 5e for its easy rules and 3.5 for its monster manuals. Thats my preferance at least.

I just had my first session actually playing and not Dming tonight. So far it was a lot of fun. (There using the 4e system though so thats ew)

Oh yeah 25 at once haha. I had to rotate 4 DMs two thay were assistants to players one that was combat and me the storyteller. Amd all four of us had to manage our own characters as well.
