Entangle is only useful when you are outdoors (it needs plants to 'grow' from: not a lot of plants in dungeons and cities) and your party likes to use range attacks. I've had melee types scream against entangle because IF the opponent gets out, they can't get away.
IMHO it is a great spell...
Water Coverage
That depends on how many 'squares' does your water cover? Does it start at a point-source and take another round to reach its edges?
It's a great idea! Kinda like the most more useful part of Glitterdust (the outlining of an opponent) without the SR or save.

Those are names for "cards" you get in the mail to play 'non-core' classes in RPGA's 'living' Green Regent campaign.
Last two times (just before the Miniatures Handbook and Complete Warrior books were released) RPGA released cards which provide access to those books'...
Was looking at my RPGA's Legacy of the Green Regent website for character records when I noticed some classes that I haven't seen before:
- Warlock (from Ingenious Path)
- Scout (from Incentive Adventurer)
- Spellthief (from Incentive Adventurer)
