Seems like a solid starter adventure with a good map, sort of like Cragmaw Hideout from Lost Mine of Phandelver.

Some corrections, the name Blade Kingdoms is on the Old Empires part, but the actual Blade Kingdoms are in the Vilhon Reach region...
