I find it funny that, after putting in the 2024 PHB that the game assumes the PCs are good aligned, they've shown a "Murder rogue" in the Forgotten Realms Books, and now two pretty unequivocally evil subclasses here.

Honestly, I am not as deep in my knowledge of the Cult of the Dragon as compared to other factions. What you say does make a lot of sense though, and I do see WoTC bringing him back solely as a "Look at this guy you like" sorta thing. Thanks for the insight!! 😁

When I saw this post, early in the morning, my bleary eyes thought it said "new bear". It took me a few too many seconds of confusion before I figured out what I read wrong
