The wizard died. Only had 14 HP. Only took 2 shots. As, I expected he received no heals in any of the sessions. So, I guess I will try the, what was it, rogue scout? The above has some recommendations on stats and weapon choice. Any other advice on optimizing it from backgrounds and such?

I will take a look at they when my Wizard dies, because there has been no healing to him yet. Its just a matter of time. I guess they feel like I should be throwing fireballs instead of shooting arrows, throwing up illusions, causing targets to fall down, etc. Anyway, suggestions on optimizing...

Just a suggestion for Roll20. You do not need to use all of the features. Sometimes, it is easier to create the characters (scan/cell phone pic/character builder) then keep a pdf copy. Use Roll20 as a white board (using the draw tools) and type in the dice rolls (/roll 1d20+5 or /roll 2d8+4)...
