    Isn't that just for the suprise round? One standard action or move action only? You can NOT be flat-footed while in the suprise round and not be able to take a swift action. It is the suprise round that is limiting the actions of the characters, not the attribute of being flat footed

    You most definately do if you pick Skill Mastery as one of your Rogue Special abilities, and then pick Hide as one of the skills you master. Take 10 on any skill check you choose, even in distracting situations

    Flat-footed refers to any time you lose your dex bonus and can't make an AoO. When you are invisible and you attack someone, they are Flat-footed with regards to you, which is a special case. IE: They lose their Dex bonus against YOUR attack and they can't make AoO against YOU. True Flat-footed...
